How does ilert connector for Tulip work?
With new Tulip integration, teams can seamlessly send alerts to ilert incident management platform, providing an easy way to address key issues. It enables the notification of on-call team members through various channels — including voice, push, SMS, or messenger notifications — about critical issues, ensuring a swift response to manufacturing challenges. Once you've added ilert connector to your Tulip library and entered your token, you'll be able to choose between two types of notifications: basic and advanced alerts. The first ones contain a summary and some issue details. Advanced alerts include more information, such as event types and alerting keys. They also have associations and can be accepted or resolved. and
