Anyone with access to your ilert account can receive alerts or is included in an escalation policy, is billed as a user. For view-only access to incidents, services, and status pages, you need to purchase a Stakeholder add-on, available in Scale and Enterprise plans.
ilert is a fully managed software-as-a-service solution. All you need is an internet connection and a modern browser (such as Firefox or Chrome). To use the ilert mobile application, you need an iOS or Android smartphone updated to the latest version.
The quota in the plan package is a hard monthly limit. If you reach the limit, you will not receive any SMS or voice notifications until the limit is reset next month. To raise the limits, please proceed with one of ilert paid plans.
All yearly plans cost 20% less than monthly. So, if you are looking for a better deal, consider switching to annual payment.
