New integrations: Amazon EventBridge, ServiceNow, Zendesk, Zammad, Splunk, and More

Our ecosystem continues to grow: we have added 10 new integrations within the last months. Integrations are the bridge between alert sources and on-call teams and have always been a top priority at iLert. They are one of the reasons why iLert is so easy to adopt for small and large companies alike. 

Our inbound integrations extend monitoring and ticketing solutions with iLert's powerful capabilities, such as on-call schedules, automatic escalation, and multiple alerting channels. When an alert is triggered in monitoring tools or a ticket is created in ticketing tools, iLert will alert the on-call person through their preferred channel, including SMS, phone calls, push notifications, Slack and Microsoft Teams. iLert will automatically escalate to the next person if the alert is not acknowledged. iLert also lets you define alerting rules based on support hours and delay alerts from inbound tools until your support hours start.

Auvik

Auvik is a cloud-based network management and monitoring software. iLert's Auvik integration creates alerts in iLert based on alerts from Auvik. Once an alert is acknowledged in iLert, further notifications in Auvik are suppressed.

Amazon EventBridge

Amazon EventBridge is a serverless event bus that makes it easier to build event-driven applications at scale using events generated from your applications, integrated Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, and AWS services. iLert’s EventBridge integration streams incident events to EventBridge event buses in real-time. The integration creates an AWS event source automatically when an incident action is added in iLert. After a rule is defined in the AWS console, incident events can be received and workflows can be triggered.

N-central

N-central is a remote monitoring and management platform that gives you the power to manage, automate, and protect at scale. iLert's N-central integration creates alerts in iLert from N-central alerts.

Search Guard

Search Guard gives you full security control over your entire ElasticSearch environment. iLert's Search Guard integration creates alerts in iLert from Search Guard alerts.

Sensu

Sensu is a full-stack monitoring platform for dynamic operating environments. iLert's Sensu integration creates alerts in iLert from Sensu alerts.

ServiceNow

ServiceNow provides cloud-based solutions that define, structure, manage, and automate services for enterprise operations. iLert's ServiceNow integration works both ways - inbound and outbound.

Splunk

Splunk provides operational intelligence software that monitors, reports, and analyzes real-time machine data. iLert's Splunk integration creates alerts in iLert from Splunk alerts.

Zammad

Zammad is a web-based, open source user support and ticketing solution. iLert's Zammad integration works inbound and outbound. The integration creates alerts in iLert based on tickets from Zammad and vice versa. Comments in both systems are also synced.

Zendesk

Zendesk is a customer service platform that develops a software to empower organization and customer relationships. iLert's Zendesk integration creates alerts in iLert based on tickets in Zendesk and vice versa. Comments in both systems are also synced in both systems.

Zoom

Zoom is a cloud-based video teleconferencing software. We have developed an outbound integration for both Zoom Chat and Zoom Meetings. Our chat integrations publishes alerts from iLert into your Zoom channels and also lets you acknowledge or resolve alerts within a Zoom channel. Our Zoom Meeting integration creates on-demand Zoom meetings from alerts in iLert.
